On that link you can download a zip file containing the rules, which show how to create a Skwiffle Bwm Game Deck, but I will post the requiremets here too; basically some white card, like index cards, and a pen. It isn’t that hard to create a basic deck. The important thing is that the secret role cards need to be indistinguishable, so players cannot guage the hidden role of other players. Here are all the requirements:
Player ID Numbers and Voting Slips – three normal and one starred
The Secret Role Cards – one Bwm card and four each of Skwiffle, Skwiggle and Skwirrle
Voting Cards for each player
Startup Layout – Secret hidden roles are shown here for clarity
Player 4 is a Bwm Bwm!
Each role has rules about how they respond to accusations!
Player 4 fooled nearly everyone!
